1. What is the production time for orders?

Our normal production time on most orders is 7 to 10 business days after the final artwork is approved. Do not calculate this timeframe from the date you place your order. We will give you an approximate date your order will be ready. Promotional products take longer to receive, usually 14-21 working days. Shipping time is not included in production times.

2. What is the minimum order?

Screen Printing

Our minimum order is 24 pieces. Keep in mind that our prices are based on quantity and will drop significantly when ordering in higher quantities.

Embroidery

Our minimum order is 6 pieces.

Promotional Items

Please call for details as the minimum required varies greatly depending on the items ordered.

3. Can you help me create artwork?

Yes! Our art department can create original artwork or recreate existing art to suit your needs. See the FAQ, Art Requirements, for addition information.

4. Is it possible to see the design before it’s printed?

Yes, you will receive a digital proof via email before your order goes to press. We will not print until you approve the art.

5. Do you offer a rush service?

We can do rush orders. Contact us to see if rush is available on your order and what the rush charges will be.

6. Can I get a catalog?

Yes, we have many different catalogs to choose from. You can find links to several apparel catalogs on this site. If you want a catalog mailed, please let us know what you are looking for and we can send you the proper catalog.
